Total Program Management is a national wholesaler specializing in solutions for our clients from traditional to challenging Healthcare Risks. In addition to our well-established Workers' Compensation expertise, TPM offers a wide variety of coverages for Allied Health, Miscellaneous Medical, Long Term / Senior Care and Social Service Agencies. Founded in 2005, Total Program Management was inspired by a startling revelation: that one of the nation’s largest and growing industries – Healthcare – was largely underserved by the insurance industry. Filling the gap for those most vulnerable, the Senior Living community, for almost 25 years TPM has served that Aging Services population by offering specialized solutions to insure their unique needs.
Correspondingly, we work with our agency partners to understand the factors driving the cost of critical coverages: Workers’ Compensation, Professional Liability, Property, Commercial Automobile and Umbrella/Excess. To further drive down expenses we deliver superior risk management services by analyzing and reducing the risks associated with the classes we underwrite. Upon binding, we purposefully engage the insured via direct support, always in conjunction with our agency partners, to address pre- and post-loss activity to minimize claims while helping to return the injured worker to their best functionality.
TPM provides its agencies with competitive options to meet their client’s risk management needs while efficiently managing expenses. We are solely focused on the Healthcare segment, mandating no minimum premium thresholds or agency commitments. As the Business Unit Leader and Vice President of the National Healthcare Division at Total Program Management, Inc. (TPM), I lead a team of experienced Insurance professionals that specialize in providing customized Brokerage and MGA solutions for the complex and evolving risks faced by the healthcare industry. With over 20 years of E&S brokerage experience and 10 years of underwriting experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the healthcare liability market and the needs of our clients and partners.
My core competencies include placing Healthcare Professional Liability, General Liability, Property, Auto, Excess/Umbrella, D&O/EPL for various healthcare segments, such as Long Term Care Facilities, Assisted Living, Hospitals, Allied Medical and Social Service Agencies. I leverage my extensive network of carriers and contacts to negotiate the best terms and conditions for our clients while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. I have more than thirty years of experience in claims management. My experience is varied working on the carrier side, retail agent and the employer.
As Vice President of Claims at TPM, I have successfully developed and oversee a comprehensive claims department focusing on claims oversight and risk management programs, specifically tailored for healthcare industry employers. Our primary objective to assist employers and supporting our retail agents in effectively controlling Workers’ Compensation costs. By closely monitoring and analyzing claims and identifying trends, we develop targeted solutions to mitigate risks and reduce costs.

As the Director of Operations at Total Program Management, Inc. (TPM), I oversee compliance with the New York State Workers’ Compensation Bureau as well as the New York Rating Board (NYCIRB) and NCCI.
In addition, I manage all matters relating to Workers’ Compensation Final Audits and Risk Management/Loss control for our niche healthcare market.
With over 38 years of insurance sector experience and 18 years of specific Workers’ Compensation experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the healthcare liability market and the needs of our clients and partners.
I strive to deliver exceptional service, value, and results to our healthcare clients and partners, and to contribute to the growth and success of TPM.

I am a claims service advocate for TPM, providing superior customer service and client relations in support of our Workers’ Compensation team for the Healthcare Industry. I bring more than 15 years of customer service experience and provide dedicated and efficient claims resolution, proactive risk management and education for a safer healthcare environment.
As a wife and mother of four children multitasking is one of my strongest qualities. It is also one of my proudest accomplishments in my life as well.

With over 25 years of service in the insurance industry, I have worked for both insurance carriers and wholesale brokers, with a primary focus in the Workers’ Compensation industry. My experience is in positions of customer service to senior level underwriting. I have been with TPM for over 14 years and hold a dual role as the Director of Business Development and the Lead Underwriter for our book of business. I also work hand in hand with our team of underwriters and claims specialists along with our vast brokerage partners.
I carry a P & C License and have a bachelor’s degree from the New York Institute of Technology. I am always open to a bad day of golf.

As part of the TPM underwriting team, for over two years my focus is on file maintenance and customer service in a professional and timely manner. I am also a liaison to our carriers and agents for policy issuance and renewal policies. I bring over 20 years’ experience with national insurance carriers and corporate banks where I provided sales, service, claims, underwriting and customer service.
TPM allows me to collaborate with our clients and continue to grow as a professional to gain a deep knowledge within our specialty as a healthcare broker and MGA.

With over 20 years’ experience in the insurance field, I have had the opportunity to work on both the carrier and broker side. As a Workers’ Compensation underwriter for an MGA, I had access to many companies and was able to obtain a vast knowledge on what is needed to release a competitive, yet profitable proposal. I spent a combined 7 years servicing all lines of insurance for the hospitality industry from the agent/broker perspective.
I have my P&C License, along with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from New York Institute of Technology.

I spent the first decade of my career as a Middle Market Commercial Lines underwriter, with a strong background in Healthcare within the Northeast territory. Following my underwriting career, I spent five years as a retail agent targeting companies within the Healthcare vertical (Long-Term Care, Miscellaneous Medical and Social Services). While not at work, I enjoy spending my time with family, friends and my two dogs, Lola, and Sophie!
